Hi, I have been reading your blog for a while (I'm not sure where I first saw it), thank you for the sappote recipe. I have 2 trees and I have never seen a recipe using the fruit before. I will definitely give it a go when my fruit is ready (and sharing it with my mother-in-law). Thanks Michelle from the Gold Coast.
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle,
DeleteThe black sappote cake is absolutely marvelous especially when done in our solar oven. Jana is a brilliant cook and she put a lot of love into these cakes. That's why they are so delicious and sweet ;-). If you are interested we will be doing a presentation about our sustainable living on Gold Coast Sat 17 May. For more info see our events and workshops. Would be great to meet you there.
